Eco Fuel Services, LLC can also help extend the life of engine with our line of Dieselcraft oil cleaning centrifuges that removes soot & contaminates to 1-micron. These centrifuges are used for:
- Engine Oil in any internal combustion engine.
- Waste Drain Oil Recycling.
- Non-engine Lubrication Applications
- Vacuum Pumps and more
- Extends oil change interval 2 to 3 times engine normal change interval
Filter elements trap contaminates in the filters which have to be changed. The “cleaning” efficiency of the Dieselcraft Centrifuge remains constant whereas in the filter element decreases as it becomes loaded with contaminates. These centrifuge systems will at least double oil change intervals because centrifuges have over 5 times the debris-holding capacity of any filters on the market, because the centrifuge removes contaminants from the oil flow all together. Filters take out solids and hold them from circulating further but plug and reduce oil flow and eventually reach the point of not working. The cleaning efficiency remains constant in a centrifuge where in a filter it drops off as the filter plugs.
Oil Cleaning Centrifuge packages start at $442.00, contact us for a quote on the system that is right for your needs.
Magnum CFC 1000 Centrifuges are high quality units engineered for super-efficient separation of solids from liquids. The rotating stainless steel bowl is dynamically balanced for extra smooth operation, encased by heavy machined cast bowl and lid including 4 point dampeners for vibration isolation.
The Magnum Centrifuge is able to separate solids from industrial cutting and grinding oils and synthetic coolants, waste lube oils, emulsions, solvents and many other industrial processes, with the following typical Flow Rates
- Machine and Grinding Coolant 1000 GPH
- Waste Water 1000 GPH
- Gold and Silver Recovery 160 GPH
- Waste Motor Oil 80 GPH
Flow rate given are an indication only and is subject to several factors such as viscosity of liquid, temperature of liquid, percentage of solids PPM (parts per million), particle size in microns and difference in specific gravity.
Real-Time Engine Monitoring & Alert Systems
Tan Delta Oil Quality Monitoring & Warning System.
Provides real-time condition-based oil monitoring. No need to wait for days for oil lab results. Displays oil condition on displays or PC. Oil condition alerts and warnings can save engines and components. Ideal for all engines, gear boxes and hydraulics.
GPLink. Remote Monitoring & Diagnostic Solutions for Diesel Engines.
GPLink was specifically developed initially for the marine industry and now is used on land based stand-by generators. GPLink provides an economical ability to monitor, report and record engine performance, fuel usage relative to RPM, oil quality condition, vessel operation, track movements and provides alerts to PC and Smart-Phone. GSM/GPS or Iridium/GPS options.
